About Us
The Collingswood Creative Writing Group is a group created to support local authors of all genres/writing levels in South Jersey. We meet twice a month for critique-style meetings at both the Collingswood Wood Library and the Camden County M Allan Vogelson Branch in Voorhees.
Our meetings are free and welcome to all adult writers seeking constructive feedback from like-minded individuals.
In addition to our regularity-scheduled meeting, we host writing contests and social events.
Mission
To provide local authors with a welcoming and supportive space to share their work with fellow writers of all styles and backgrounds. To encourage everyone's individual “voice,” and provide feedback that is both motivating and productive. To allow for discussion, debate, and exploration.

Look out for John's debut fiction novel releasing on August 4th, 2026.
"What if a film existed of every major historical event? Would footage of Caesar's assassination or Columbus landing in the Americas be accepted as real? And if films were genuine, who could have created them--and what would their existence mean for the future of humanity? When a cache of impossible film reels is discovered in an abandoned barn in upstate New York, film historian Harry Kincaid is pulled into a government investigation unlike any other. But as the team digs deeper, they uncover a warning embedded within the films--one that could alter the course of human civilization. As governments close in and powerful interests race to control the narrative, Harry faces the ultimate question: if everyone believes something to be true, do the facts still matter?"
